About Us

Our Goal

Create a respectful and fun-filled environment for seniors while promoting a sense of belonging and community. To achieve this objective, ADHC at MotH provides an adult day care program that enables cognitively impaired persons to function at their maximum ability and provides respite to their family caregivers and strengthens the caregiver's abilities and coping skills.

Our Philosophy

ADHC at Manor on the Hill strives to provide compassionate, loving care, rooted in dignity, reverence, and respect for life to the participants of the program. The program is committed to enriching the lives of elders, disabled adults, their families, caregivers, and the community through specialized adult day services, respite care, education, and support

  • What are the operating hours of the Adult Day Health Center?
    We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • What does a typical day at the center look like?
    8:30 AM: Arrive and socialize 9:00 AM: Breakfast (varies daily) 10:00 AM: Chair Exercise (suitable for all capabilities) 10:45 AM: Morning Activity (crafts, games, puzzles) 12:00 PM: Lunch (hot meal served restaurant style) 1:00 PM: Afternoon Activity (crafts, Bingo, movies, singing, dancing) 2:00 PM: Small Snack (apple, banana, pretzel, etc.) 2:30-3:00 PM: Departure
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept MassHealth Standard, Senior Care Options, One Care, some Long-Term Insurances, VA benefits, and private pay. Please call us for assistance with verifying eligibility.
  • Is transportation available?
    Yes, transportation is available.
  • Do I have to commit to attending every day?
    No, there is no commitment required. You can choose to attend as many days as you want, as long as you are approved for those days by your payor.
  • What types of staff and services are provided?
    Skilled nursing staff on-site, working with PCPs and caregivers Activities director planning and coordinating activities Trained staff to serve meals, conduct activities, and provide companionship
